Shipping

All items are made to order by Claire. She makes them when she can and aims for shipping them within a week of purchase. However, they will get shipped when they are completed and there is no shipping time guarantee. She’s only 13 so please set proper expectations around delivery times.

Refunds

No refunds for any custom made products. Please be sure to measure your pet’s neck size twice!

Indemnity

You indemnify and hold harmless Meadows Design, our subsidiaries, related companies, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against all loss, damage, cost, expense and claim which may be suffered or incurred by you as a result of or in connection with your use of this website and it’s products.
